Our maintenance personnel play a critical role in keeping aircraft safe, reliable and ready when agricultural conditions demand them.
Agricultural aircraft operate in a demanding environment, and equipment availability can directly affect our ability to serve customers during narrow application windows. We are looking for mechanics who understand the importance of thorough maintenance, preventative care and attention to detail.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is preferred for aircraft maintenance positions requiring return-to-service authority.
Helicopter maintenance experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with aircraft used in utility, agricultural or other high-utilization commercial operations.
Experience with Bell helicopters and turbine-powered rotorcraft is especially valuable.
We're looking for mechanics who are thorough, dependable and willing to communicate openly with pilots and management about aircraft condition and maintenance needs.
Safety and airworthiness always come before schedule.
